Shanghai Jelan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 and boasts nearly a decade of experience in wafer design, packaging, and testing. The company's headquarters is located in the core base of scientific and technological innovation in southern Shanghai.

We are a company dedicated to the research, development, design, production, and sales of protection devices (TVS, TSS, PTC, OVP) and power discrete devices (MOS, Schottky, etc.). We are also engaged in the development of third-generation semiconductor discrete devices and have planned to produce power management IC products represented by LDO, DC-DC, and charging IC. Our products are widely used in various fields such as consumer electronics, industrial control, medical electronics, automotive, new energy, smart wearables, smart home, lighting, robotics, and drones.
